The petitioners apprehend his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha) P.S. Case No. 209/2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is contended that the specific allegation of firing on deceased is upon the co-accused Rohan Singh who has some enmity with the husband of the informant (deceased) as well as Guddu Singh who has resorted to firing causing injury due to which the deceased succumbed. So far the petitioners are concerned, it is contended that the informant saw them also side by side but no allegation of any overt act has been made upon the petitioners. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Bipin Singh, and Shankar Singh be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Sheikhpura (Kusumbha) P.S. Case No. 209 of 2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Sheikhpura, subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
