The complainant who is daughter-in-law submits that earlier she had filed a case under Section 498A in which some compromise was arrived at and some affidavits was filed. In the instant case it is alleged that the accused persons were forcibly demanded the papers. The petitioner dense the same. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5000/-(five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial
