JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-11-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the factual position that the petitioner has been paid a sum of Rs. 4,47,301/-. However, the petitioner seeks liberty to file a representation before respondent no. 5 in case any grievance still remains to be adjudicated. The only grievance raised by the petitioner before this Court is that the difference of salary, which according to him is more than the amount already paid, which may be directed to be decided by the concerned respondent.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, liberty is granted

Patna High Court CWJC No.12116 of 2019(5) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 to the petitioner to file such representation before respondent no. 5 within a period of two weeks from today, giving details of the actual difference in salary to which he claims entitlement. In case the petitioner satisfies the authority with regard to his claim, appropriate orders shall be passed by the respondent within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

3. Writ petition stands disposed off.
