The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P. S. Case No. 346 of 2020, dated 12.06.2020, instituted for offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. but his prosecution in the instant case is only on the basis of the further statement of the informant in which he has expressed suspicion against the petitioner as the petitioner was found roaming around his house. The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2020.

No.36029 of 2020(2) dt.27-01-2021 2/2 Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Turkauliya P. S. Case No. 346 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
