The petitioners seek issuance of a direction for quashing letter bearing Memo No. 101-2 dated 12.01.2021 issued by the respondent no. 4 to the petitioners individually

Patna High Court CWJC No.14873 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2022 3/3 directing them to deposit the amount as contained in a list attached to the notice through bank draft in the name of DDC, Saharsa within three days, failing which a certificate case shall be filed against them.

According to learned counsel for the petitioners, the action of the respondents is arbitrary.

At this stage, learned counsel for the State submits that in case the petitioners appear before the District Magistrate, Saharsa within three weeks from today, all their grievances shall be considered and in case, any substance is found in their claim, appropriate action shall be taken.
