2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 231 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and Section 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of lodging a false case of theft of vehicle for procuring false insurance claim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2025. The name of the petitioner has come in this case on the confessional statement of Deepak Kumar. No incriminating article or document has been

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned I/c Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 231 of 2024 subject to condition that:- (i).

The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Tekari Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
