Petitioner's counsel submits that due to inadvertence, the petitioner, after having filed CWJC No 14846 of 2021, which is still pending, again refiled the same matter at the time of online filing of the writ petition. As a result, it is submitted that the same case has been registered twice, this being the second one. He, therefore, submits that he does not wish to press this writ petition and will press CWJC No 14846 of 2021 which is already pending consideration.
