The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have killed the deceased. There is no external and internal injury found in the postmortem. No poison has been found in the FSL Report. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased was suffering from some ailment and due to which she has died. In the F.I.R., only suspicion has been raised. There is no allegation that any dowry was

Considering the above, this application for bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-II, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021.
