The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhangha P.S. Case No. 4 of 2016 registered under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the recovery of two stolen motorcycle from the verandah of the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the
