The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26/35/27 of the Arms Act.
The prosecution case is that the petitioner caused firearm injury to the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the agnate of the informant and subsequently the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. A statement has been made in paragraph 3
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17487 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 242 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
