The petitioners have filed the instant application for anticipatory bail apprehending their arrest in connection with Jahanabad P.S. Case No. 146 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation in the FIR, it is stated by the informant that her minor daughter disappeared and when they started to search, it transpired that one Ravi Kumar had taken her away with the intention of marriage. The petitioners are said to have assisted the said Ravi Kumar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case only for the reason that they happen to be the parents of the aforesaid

The learned APP appearing for the State opposes the application for bail.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State, in view of the fact that the main allegation is against Ravi Kumar and so far as these petitioners are concerned, they are the father and mother of said Ravi Kumar, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Let the petitioners namely, (1) Pradeep Prasad (2)Pratima Devi surrender in the Court below within six weeks from today. In case of their arrest or surrender, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000.- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jahanabad P.S. Case No. 146 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
