2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the present matter he has also filed a representation before the respondent no. 2 on 09.08.2017, which is still pending.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submitted that if the same has been filed, it shall be disposed off in accordance with law expeditiously.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to finally dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Annexure-7 series to the writ application expeditiously and in any case within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before it.
