2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 137(2) and 96 of the BNS, registered in connection with Bisfi P.S.Case No. 251/2024.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner enticed away the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is a person of clean antecedents. The victim did not support the prosecution case in her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S.Case No. 251/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS.
