The present modification application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.05.2023, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.11632 of 2023 to the extent of removing paragraphs no.7 and 8 and extending the period of surrender. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and the ground mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No.82 of 2022, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, subject to deposit a sum of Rs.2000/- (rupees two thousand) in the Victim Compensation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41425 of 2023(3) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 Fund.

I am not inclined to remove paragraphs no.7 and 8 of the order dated 16.05.2023.

The order dated 16.05.2023, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.11632 of 2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
