JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308, 328 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

From the manufacturing unit, alleged to be of petitioners and others, 970 liters of illicit Mahua liquor were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is nothing on record to suggest that the place of recovery belonged to the petitioners.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18307 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Rivilganj P.S. case No. 173 of 2015 pending in the court of learned ACJM-VIII, Saran at Chapra. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
