JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 10-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 353, 337, 338, 333, 153A, 295, 295A, 298 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the First Information Report, the occurrence took place due to tension between two communities resulting in brickbatting and assault not only upon each other but on the police party.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18609 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.03.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 5499 of 2016. It is also stated that there are four cases for the same occurrence. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioners, namely, 1. Islam Mian, 2. Zahoor Mian, 3. Lalu Mian, 4. Safique Mian @ Lalu Mian, 5. Guddu Mian, 6. Naushad Mian, 7. Saiyab Mian @ Taiyab Mian @ Taiyab Ansari, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Jogapatti Police Station Case No. 359 of 2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, subject to the conditions laid down under subsection (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
