Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajpur P. S. case no. 190/2013 registered under section 436/34 of the IPC. Admittedly, wife of petitioner no.1 lodged Rajpur P. S. case no. 189/2013 against the prosecution party of the present case for the occurrence of the same day and it is also an admitted position that houses of both parties were burnt in the alleged crime and furthermore, there is land dispute between the parties. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7991 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Rajpur P. S. case no. 190/2013 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
