1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea vide order dated 19.10.2023 passed in Sessions Case No.414 of 2023, CIS No.414 of 2023 arising out from Banmankhi P.S. Case No.240 of 2018.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41894 of 2025(2) dt.16-12-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No.240 of 2018.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No.240 of 2018.
