JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2017 By an order, dated 24.06.2016, the petitioner has been put under suspension on the allegation of certain misconduct. Subsequent thereto, a departmental proceeding has been admittedly initiated against him under Bihar Government Servant (Classification, Appeal and Control) Rules, 2005. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that though charge-sheet has been submitted on the petitioner, the departmental proceeding has not been completed, rather there is no progress at all in the departmental proceeding. The grievance on behalf of the petitioner that there is no progress in the departmental enquiry and the petitioner is continuing under suspension during the pendency of the departmental enquiry appears to be genuine.
