JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-03-2015 Finding of both the authorities contained in Annexure-3 and Annexure- 7 is that the petitioner happened to be a close relative of Up-Mukhiya. This comes within the prohibited category of persons, who cannot be selected and appointed or engaged as an Aanganbari Sevika. The fact being what they are, the stand of the petitioner that adequate opportunity was not given is not borne out because both the orders have detailed consideration and on the same said issue already finding has been recorded. Writ has no merit. It is dismissed.
