JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-11-2016 On call, a prayer is being made on behalf of the petitioners to adjourn the case for four weeks on the plea that learned counsel for the petitioners has received fracture injury . The present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered for offence under Section 304B and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The case was filed on 20.4.2016 and thereafter on six occasions the case was got adjourned and on seventh occasion i.e. on 28.6.2016 there was non appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Accordingly as a last indulgence the case was adjourned and directed to be listed on 4th July 2016. Thereafter, again on 4th July 2016 the case was got adjourned for two weeks.
