2. Claim of the petitioner is that the retiral dues standing under different heads has not been paid to the petitioner till date.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University informs this Court that the Life Insurance Company is responsible for making payment of insurance amount as claimed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Life Insurance Company informs this Court that the amount has been transferred in the account of the University and it is the obligation of the respondent/university to disburse the said amount in the account of the petitioner. He refers to paragraph no.5 (F) of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.6 (LIC), which is reproduced hereinafter : "That thereafter the GSLI claim has been settled and paid Rs.82,162/- (Risk part Rs.80,000/- and Non Risk part (Saving portion) Rs.2,162/- through NEFT dated 12.07.2018 in the Bank Account No.1475551187 of Central Bank of India IFS Code CBI No.281302."

Considering the submissions of the respective parties, this Court finds that the petitioner may be advised to file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority i.e. Registrar of the University, if she is aggrieved that any dues as claimed by her are still required to be paid by the University, in that case, the Registrar of the University is directed to take appropriate steps to make payment of the remaining dues, as claimed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

6. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands consigned. (Purnendu Singh, J) chn/- U
