Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks confirmation of bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020 lodged under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed supplementary affidavit on 20.05.2022 whereas the counsel for the State submits that a report has been submitted in this Court in compliance of order dated 25.03.2022. The said report was on record.

In light of the provisional bail order dated 25.03.2022, the compliance report is hereby submitted. In this background,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48737 of 2021(11) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 the provisional bail granted to the petitioner is hereby confirmed.

With this observation, the bail application stands disposed off.
