The respondents be directed to institute a First Information Report with regard to missing of the wife of the petitioner namely Nandani Pandey and his son in her lap and investigate the same in accordance with law.

ii. To direct the respondents to search and find out the wife and the son of the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9757 of 2024(2) dt.26-09-2024 2/2 petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
