The petitioner seeks bail in Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 204/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 341, 323, 379, 384, 386 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. He has been falsely implicated in this case.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence while informant along with his mother were going on tempo, this petitioner stopped the tempo and assaulted him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37866 of 2019(2) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 He snatched the mobile phone of informant. It is further alleged that petitioner snatched the silver chain worth Rs. 7,000/- from the mother of informant.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ixth, Bhagalpur, in connection with Mojahidpur P.S.
