In view of the grievance of the petitioner regarding the order dated 05.10.2020 issued by the Office of the Judge InCharge (Administration), Civil Court, Bagaha, being without assigning any reasons, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order will be passed afresh, after due regard to the petitioner's reply dated 28.09.2020 (Annexure-11 to the writ petition).

3. Since the order is to be passed afresh, no further direction or order is required to be issued by this court.
