The petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of his nomination to contest the election of the post of Chairman, Dhaprasia Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society in the district of Katihar.
The issue of rejection of nomination constitutes an election dispute to be raised before the prescribed authority under
Patna High Court CWJC No.4396 of 2015 (2) dt.29-03-2016 the provisions present in the Bihar State Election Authority Act, 2008 and the provision of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 read with the rules framed thereunder. No cause for indulgence is made out in the writ jurisdiction. The writ petition is dismissed.
