This is second attempt on behalf of the petitioners, whose prayer was earlier after some argument smelling refusal of the prayer was withdrawn on 18.09.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 31299 of 2014 with a liberty to surrender before the Court below within a fortnight for a prayer of regular bail but in stead of doing so fresh application has been filed. In view of the above, there appears no reason to change the stand already taken. Accordingly, the prayer of anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioners in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 85 of 2013, pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikrahna at Motihari is hereby refused with a direction to surrender before the Court below at once, failing which the Court below is directed to take all coercive steps permitted under law to ensure their appearance/apprehension.
