The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(2)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The prosecution case is that on 22.11.2015 at 2.30 P.M. the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant's mother. Subsequently the mother of the informant succumbed to the injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17545 of 2016 (2) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general. Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul.
