Though the petitioners face prosecution for offence under section 498A and other allied offences of the Indian Penal Code but considering the fact that the allegation primarily is against the son of the petitioners, who is the husband of the victim lady, this Court would direct that in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today the petitioners, namely, Abdul Majid @ Md. Abdul Majid and Kusama Khatoon, shall be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Birpur, Supaul in Complaint Case No, 465-C/2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
