Earlier in this case, case diary has been called for which is there on record.

The petitioners being mother-in-law and brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased apprehending their arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 366/14 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the role assigned to these petitioners is not specific and there is no cogent material on record indicating the implication of these two petitioners.

Furthermore, learned counsel for petitioners submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7299 of 2015 (4) dt.27-04-2015 petitioner No. 1 is an old lady aged about 70 years and petitioner No. 2 is living in Punjab for the purpose of seeking his livelihood. Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioners have no specific role, in the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 366/2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
