2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.108 of 2016, registered for the offences under Sections 307, 379 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek for regular
