The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 185 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that on the pretext of marriage the petitioner established physical relationship with her, but later on the petitioner refused to marry her.

It appears that the prosecutrix was a consenting party. Now she appeared and stated that the case has been compromised and marriage has already been solemnized. The petitioner and the informant are living together as husband and wife. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18452 of 2016 (3) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 185 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
