It is undisputed that the petitioner since his appointment is continuing at Nalanda for the last 15 years and though he was transferred to Kishanganj vide order dated 25.1.2016 but that order was stayed on humanitarian ground under the order of the Director dated 24.8.2016 at Annexure 1 and it is thereafter on administrative interest the petitioner has been transferred to Sheikhpura.

Having continued at a place for 15 years and having already granted an accommodation earlier by the respondents, the present transfer order calls for no interference. The writ petition is disposed of.
