Petitioner seeks bail in Khodawanpur P.S. Case No.84 of 2019 registered under Sections 399, 402, 414, 224 and 34 of the IPC and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that he got information that two motorcycles collided with each other and some injured were roaming in village Malmala. Two persons, namely, Angad Kumar and Balram Jha (petitioner) were apprehended. They confessed their guilt that they were driving the motorcycle and they had to commit road robbery. One loaded country made pistol was recovered from the motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of one loaded country made pistol, the petitioner is in jail since 09.05.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36017 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2021 2/2 for about 20 months.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Begusarai in connection with Sessions Trial No.46 of 2020 arising out of Khodawanpur P.S. Case No.84 of 2019.
