Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahebganj P. S. case no. 136/2013 registered under section 304B/34 of the IPC.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that informant has compromised the case and, therefore, fate of the case is well known to every one.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail before SDJM (West), Muzaffarpur/ concerned court in the above stated case within four weeks from today and if he does so, the concerned court shall dispose of regular bail application of the petitioner on the day of
