JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take recourse to such remedies as are available under the law i.e. either getting the offence compounded, as provided for under the Electricity Act, 2003 or filing an appropriate application before the court of competent jurisdiction for quashing of the criminal case / F.I.R.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
