The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- (A) For issuance of appropriate writ / order or direction commanding the respondents to make payment of Rs. 2,63,85,376/- as bill amount in respect of multipurpose Wakf Bhawan G+3 under development scheme of Hazrat Ghulam Peer Murasdshah Wakf near Patna High Court.

(B) For issuance of appropriate writ / order or direction commanding the respondents to make payment of Rs. 45,45,000/- deposited by the petitioner as additional performance guarantee with regard to the above mentioned construction work.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the Respondent No. 2 i.e. the Managing Director, Bihar State Building Construction Corporation Limited, Patna, regarding

3/4 his aforesaid grievances, hence, the Respondent No. 2 may be directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a stipulated time frame.

The learned Senior Counsel, Sri Tej Pratap Singh, assisted by Sri Brishketu Saran Pandey, Advocate, appearing for the Bihar State Building Construction Corporation Limited and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 5, Md. Helal Ahmad, do not have any objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Respondent No. 2 and in case, such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Respondent No. 2 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
