2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 121(2), 126(2), 132, 74, 262, 263, 191(2) and 190 of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, informant, namely Kiran Kumari, alleged that on 30.08.2024, she got information that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, had assaulted the victim. It is further alleged that when the informant, along with other police officials, reached near the place of occurrence, this petitioner, along with other accused persons, assaulted police officials and obstructed in performance of their official duty. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.
