Apparently this matter has been rendered infructuous for the order put to challenge was passed in the year 2008 by the District Magistrate -cum- Collector, Aurangabad and by the said order the District Magistrate, Aurangabad while quashing the selection of petitioner as Anganwari Sevika, has directed for
Patna High Court CWJC No.1751 of 2009 (3) dt.21-11-2016 initiating and completing the selection process afresh. Obviously a lapse of seven years since the order passed, the selection process must have been completed.
No cause for indulgence is made out in the circumstances discussed above.
The writ petition is disposed of.
