After the matter was heard for some time, Mr. Ravi Ranjan, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with a liberty to prefer an application seeking review of the impugned order. Permission granted.

As prayed for, the appeal stands disposed as having been withdrawn reserving liberty to file an application seeking review of the impugned order in accordance with law. It stands clarified that the period for which the appellant has been pursuing the present appeal shall not be counted for the purpose of limitation.
