1. The petitioner claims to be Panchayat Shiksha Mitra has filed the present writ application.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed as Panchayat Shiksha Mitra in the year 2005. He has filed the present writ application for a direction to reinstate the petitioner in service with back wages because only on the basis of F.I.R. having been lodged against the petitioner, she has been orally prohibited from attending her job. After 01.07.2006 the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra stood obliterated and Panchayat Shiksha Mitra has been converted

Patna High Court CWJC No.11785 of 2019(3) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 into Panchayat Shikshak. Learned counsel submits that petitioner was not converted as Panchayat Shikshak with effect from 01.07.2006.

In view of the judgment passed in Renu Kumari Pandey & Ors. versus The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2011 (4) PLJR 297 and Kalpana Rani versus The State of Bihar reported in 2014(2) PLJR 665, I do not find any merit in this application.
