In the nature of dispute, which this writ application involves, Mr. Bindhyachal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to raise the dispute before appropriate forum, including by way of filing a suit in the court of competent civil jurisdiction.
