The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.01.2019. He further submits that there is omnibus allegation against the petitioner and all other accused persons. He further submits that there is no eye witness.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35061 of 2019(2) dt.28-05-2019 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018.
