1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties seeks to file a second supplementary show cause, copy whereof has already been filed online. Let the same be kept on record.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.12.2022, passed in CWJC No.15924 of 2022, the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur has already passed a reasoned order dated 15/19.10.2024, rejecting the case of the petitioner for renewal of his arms license.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge

Patna High Court MJC No.1617 of 2023(4) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 the aforesaid order dated 15/19.10.2024, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
