Dr. Indiwar Kumari, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-06-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
2. In view of Paragraph No.9 of the bail application, in which the information has been given on behalf of the petitioner that he is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and owner, I find it proper that the matter can be resolved amicably by way of mediation.
3. Accordingly, the matter is remitted back to the learned district court so that the learned district court may take best steps to reconcile the strained relationship between the petitioner and O.P.No.2.
4. The learned district court is directed to complete
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36405 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 the mediation well within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of this order. Till then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with Kadwa P.S.Case No.268 of 2024 pending before the court of the learned SDJM, Katihar.
5. Both the parties are directed to appear before the learned district court on the date and time fixed for mediation.
6. In case of failure by the petitioner to be present in person before the learned district court on the fixed date, the interim protection granted to him shall automatically lose its force.
