The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioners brutally assaulted the informant and his family members. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that only injury report of the informant is on the record and injury has been found to be simple.

It is submitted by learned counsel fort the informant that the petitioners are serious criminal

The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds for consideration of prayer for regular bail if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Bhagalpur.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
