2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Town (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 613 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The petitioner and the deceased were married six years back. They have two children from the marriage who as per the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner are staying with their grandparent. The petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2024.

4. This application is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to verify the fact as to whether the children of the petitioner are staying with the grandparants or not. If it is

No.36511 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 found that the children are staying with the grandparents of the petitioner, then the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran, Chapra/concerned Court in connection with Chapra Town (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 613 of 2024.

5. If the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner is found false, appropriate order shall be passed in accordance with law.
