Despite direction neither the counter affidavit has been filed nor the grievance has been redressed.

On identical facts situation, this Court disposed of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13585 of 2017 (3) dt.22-02-2018 2/2 writ application (C.W.J.C. No. 8154 of 2017) vide order dated 15.02.2018 considering the similar facts situation. Accordingly, this writ application is also disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Kaimur at Bhabhua, to examine the case of the petitioners and if it is found that the case of the petitioners is similar to the case of the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 8097 of 2017 similar treatment should be extended to these petitioners also within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, along with a copy of the order of this Court.
