Considering the fact that in various cases pending finalization of the criminal case and the confiscation proceeding vehicles are released, we allow this application and direct for release of the vehicle in question, Tata Sumo Victa bearing Registration No. BR24P-1535 to the petitioner on furnishing

Patna High Court CWJC No.11751 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 2/2 surety bonds to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Gaya in connection with Khizar Sarai P.S. case no. 214 of 2016 and on the petitioner further undertaking not to alienate or deal with the vehicle in question in any manner adverse to the interest of the State.

With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
